We've got the new update to the COD: World at War Mod Tools (1.2). Note that this is an incremental update, and still requires the original mod tools pack. This is ready for immedate release.
Here's the topline fixes from this version:

- Custom models no longer crash the lighting process in Launcher.exe when compiling a map that contains a custom model.

In here, are the.IW files (.PK3 for Call of Duty). These are what you want. Most of them contain the sounds, but contain other assets too. So here's the list of files you want to copy & paste into where you wish to store them to reduce excess. So now that we are inside the main folder, lets open up the file named iw14.IWD. Once again this file can be opened with Winrar, so when promted for what program to use, select Winrar. This file holds all of the weapon files for world at war. So what we want to do now is navigate our way through the file, so lets go into weapons, then sp. It is a file type that belongs to game called 'Call of Duty'. This file may include graphics, guns, codes and other informations. Iwd files are compressed by zip method. It can be opened automatically and transferred to memory during the game. You may use Winzip or Winrar software to run iwd files.

Installation:
Call Of Duty World At War Iwd Files 2016
- Unzip the .zip file to a new folder.
- You will see six folders; 'bin', 'deffiles', 'map_source', 'mods', 'raw', and 'zone source', along with two executibles; 'mp_tool.exe' and 'sp_tool.exe'.
- Highlight all folders and both executibles and copy them into your 'Call of Duty - World at War' root game directory.
- You will be asked if it is okay to overwrite folders and files. Click 'Yes to All' for this operation and any subseuqent ones.

**SPECIAL NOTEs**
- This Mod Tools update requires CoD:WaW patch 1.4.
- We recommend that you covert and recompile all mods and custom maps to ensure compatibility with CoD:WaW patch 1.4.
- Patch 1.4 recognizes IWD's in the /usermaps folder. In the case of duplicate files in both /usermaps and /mods folders, the files in /usermaps will take priority.
- This 1.2 update also includes the files from the 'CoDWaW - Mod Tools Package 1.1' download that was released in January.
